Alemany — Torrons i Mel Alemany is a Spanish family business based in Os de Balaguer, in the Noguera area of Lleida. For five generations the Alemany family has made artisan torró, the Catalan nougat, and selected honey from beekeepers. The company has launched a truffled honey with a French partner and presented new products at Alimentaria 2026. It took part in the ICEX Next export initiation programme.
