Al Taghziah is a Lebanese meat processing company established in 1986, which began as a small underground mortadella workshop. It now operates a multi-line factory producing cold cuts, whole cuts, mortadella, salami, pepperoni, bacon, luncheon meat, corned beef, basterma, burgers, hot dogs, sojok and makanek, along with tuna and pickles. Its products are made from beef, chicken and turkey, and include a low-fat line. The company states that it has produced over 200 million kilograms to date and shipped more than 30 million kilograms abroad.
