Al Amira Nuts is a Lebanese family roastery founded in 1978 in North Lebanon by Daniel B. Diab, later joined by Raymond and Tony Diab. It sells roasted, not fried, nuts and states that it offers around 50 kinds of kernels and mixed nuts, in markets in about 30 countries. Packs include stand-up pouches of 20, 40 and 80 grams, transparent mono-product pouches, doypack bags of mixes, vacuum cans and pillow bags, and private label is available. The roastery has held ISO 22000 certification since 2014 and states compliance with FDA, EU and GCC requirements.
