Ajmi Foods is the brand of Ajmi Flour Mills (India) Pvt Ltd, a fully automated cereal and spice processing company in Kottayam district, Kerala, that has operated since 1994. It makes rice products, breakfast mixes and spice powders, including puttu podi, idli podi, rice powder and masalas. The company states that it is the biggest seller of breakfast foods in Kerala. Newer products include sliced coconut, sliced jackfruit, drum-cut tapioca and Malabar porotta, as well as items for the traditional Onam Sadhya. It says its products are made from selected food grains in its own factory under quality assurance checks.
