Description
Ahrweiler Winzer-Verein is a winegrowers' cooperative in the Ahr valley that has existed since 1874, when it began with 51 growers. It received the right to distil spirits early on, merged with the Ahrweiler Weinbauverein in 1961 and introduced modern cellar technology in the 1980s. Today it makes Ahr wines, sparkling wines and spirits.
