Acetaia Malpighi is an Italian producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. The Malpighi family has looked after the vinegar since 1850, across five generations, and keeps more than 3,500 barrels in its historic acetaie. The company exports to 70 countries. Its range includes the Extra Vecchio, the Invecchiato, the Saporoso with gold seal and gift boxes.
