Aakash Agrotech is an Indian rice miller and exporter, with a focus on Basmati rice. It was set up in 2011 as a branch of Aggarwal Rice Mill, which was founded in 1968. The company reports a milling capacity of more than 400 metric tons per day. Its process starts with raw material selected from APMC markets and tested in the laboratory, followed by parboiling, steam or raw processing plants. The paddy is dried to a moisture content of 11 percent, husked and then packed in magnetic tanks. It has export and consumer ranges.
