Our hand-sliced sides of smoked salmon serve approximately 15 as a starter. If you prefer the stronger succulent flavour of a whole side of smoked salmon but don’t want the inconvenience of slicing it yourself, why not get us to hand slice the side for you. In its vacuum pack, it is hard to tell that the side has been touched in any way. A sliced side of smoked salmon makes a fantastic present and is a very good way to feed lots of people.
