Hemeris Vineyard (Lincoln Lakeshore) Alcohol 12.5% Residual sugar 4 g/L A Pinot Grigio with unique level of complexity delivered by the premium Hemeris Vineyard. Nose of peach, pear, strawberry sorbet, and apple blossom lead to a lovely soft vanilla undertone. On the palate, juicy red-apple skin, cranberry, bosc pear, and spiced orange lead the charge on the palate, while a light mineral/salty layer leading to a surprisingly layered, mouth filling, rich texture balanced by excellent freshness and acidity.
