Description
Rich and luscious on the palate. Beautiful grilled pineapple, lemon curd, and honeyed citrus, dance with classic flavours of crème brûlée, hazelnut and almond. Apricot, lemon-meringue, honeysuckle, cinnamon and fresh-cream near the finish. The palate is layered with creamy texture, refined by a seam of citrus and minerality, followed by a satisfying, long finish. Age worthy from the next 5 – 8 years.
