This coffee comes to us from the APCA Cooperative in La Paz, Bolivia. Asociación de Productores de Café de Apolo, or APCA for short, represents the small village of Apolo, which lies between the eastern slopes of the Andes and the Amazon Basin. APCA works with smallholder farmers in the village to provide access to specialty markets, training and education programs, and funding for processing infrastructure which directly contribute to the quality of each lot.
