Habanero Pineapple Brain Strain

A nod to some of our favorite flavors but combined and processed differently to give us a wildly different product than our usual pineapple flair. We took fresh pineapples and some carrots for body and added red ripe habanero peppers and brain strain peppers and treated them to a nice long lacto-fermentation that really turns up the funk. This is on the hot side of medium hot and nicely bridges the gap between some of our every day sauces and some of the super hot sauces that we make. So think hotter than the mango habanero but not quite up there with the Ghost Chipotle and Black Garlic Hot…
