Our skin contact Yapıncak is made with fruit of 50 years old vines. Bright gold colour. Intense on the nose, smoky and spicy but still with skin-contact aromas of bitter orange/apricot. Palate has freshness, deep flavours and oily minerality with tasty tannins due to 51 days of skin contact.
