Lovely in a pear and star anise mulled wine or a hot toddy, as a garnish for gin and prosecco, on cheese boards and cakes, or as a sweet snack. Dust the slices with a little spice for a festive finish. Just pears, air-dried slowly with nothing added – no sugar, no preservatives. Vegan and allergen free. Keeps for 12 months in the cupboard.
