Our Christmas Trifle Gâteau features layers of soft sponge, fruity jam and smooth vanilla pastry cream, all topped with generous swirls of freshly whipped cream and a scattering of colourful sprinkles. Finished with sponge fingers around the outside for that unmistakable trifle-inspired look.
