Our Signature Matcha is made from the young leaves of the spring harvest of the Okumidori cultivar. Stoneground and Kagoshima-grown. Smooth, sweet and beautifully creamy, it delivers a vivid green cup with a silky texture and deep umami character. With very little astringency and a naturally rounded finish, this is a more refined expression of matcha - one that’s best enjoyed simply, whisked with water as Usucha . A chance to slow down, and taste just how good matcha can be.
