Description

A whole beef marrow bone, packed with rich marrow and collagen. The foundation for a deep, full-bodied stock. Inspiration : Roast until golden at 200°C, then simmer low and slow with onion, carrot, celery and bay for a rich, glossy stock that sets to a jelly as it cools. Use it as the base for pho, ramen, French onion soup or a classic red wine jus, or sip as a nourishing bone broth. Provenance: Sourced from Victorian beef farmers we know and trust, and prepared by our butchers.
