Fried Cubes

Description

The larger, slightly denser cousins of puffs, Fried Tofu Cubes are spongy tofu cubes that are deep-fried until golden and crispy on the outside, but still spongy on the inside. Tofu cubes are delicious in hot pots, but also large enough to stuff with rice or meat, and braise in a savory sauce. Use as an alternative to firm or extra firm tofu for a textural contrast. Crisps up easily in an oven or air-frier.
