Description

It is a monovarietal Tinta del País (Tempranillo) wine, made from vineyards planted more than 50 years ago in the Quintana del Pidio area. The grapes achieved exceptional ripeness, along with balanced acidity and high phenolic parameters, which is ideal for producing wines designed for long aging. Hand‑harvesting allows us to carefully select the fruit directly in the vineyards, which is then transported to the winery in small stainless‑steel crates.
