Description

It is a wine made by Bodegas Casajús from Tempranillo grapes, also known as Tinta del País, grown in the family’s vineyards in Quintana del Pidio, on sandy loam soils and sheltered to the north by small hills of pine trees and scrubland. This wine is made from the first grapes of the harvest. The grapes are directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. This process allows us to extract the full aromatic potential of the variety while preserving the fruitiness, body, and finesse characteristic of traditional Ribera del Duero rosés.
