Description

NIC is made from grapes grown in the small vineyards of the area known as Montecillo, planted by our family in 1920, which today yield a controlled production of approximately 1 kg of grapes per vine. The variety used is 100% the native Tinta del País (Tempranillo), a noble grape that gives this wine its color, aroma, and body. NIC is produced using a new concept of whole winemaking in 500-liter French oak barrels from the Tronçais area.
