Description

It is a wine made from 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo) grapes from vineyards planted by José Alberto in his youth more than 30 years ago in his native village of Quintana del Pidio, in the very heart of Ribera del Duero. This wine was created to highlight the freshness of the red fruits typical of the variety and the delicacy of a well-made red wine. In the production winery, the destemmed grapes are kept at 5 °C to extract the full fruity potential of the variety, and then fermented in small 5,000-liter stainless-steel tanks, which allow for strict temperature control.
