For beginner and intermediate bakers. On our Bread & Pastry day, ‘Bob the Baker’ will teach you how to make a superb loaf of bread, and a range of sweet, savoury and puff pastries. Even if you have never had previous successes with your pastry making, Bob will endeavour to point you in the right direction. From the three pastries you will produce all butter Eccles Cakes, Somerset Pasties, and Fruit Pies.
