For beginner and intermediate bakers. On our Bread & Bun day, ‘Bob the Baker’ will teach you how to make a superb range of fermented goods, even if you have never baked before! During the morning you will produce white farmhouse loaves, mini loaves, Chelsea buns, and teacakes. Then, just prior to lunch, you will make a bread dough of your choice. Whether it be Stilton & Walnut, Cheddar Cheese, Granary, Spelt, Super Seeded, or your own combination of flavours and flours, you will not be disappointed.
